INTRODUCING T.BARB

Tiffany “T.Barb” Barber is a Detroit native who quit a social work career to pursue her dreams in entertainment. Her hilarious stand up comedy, online commentaries, skits and monologues keep her fans thoroughly entertained. She is a multifaceted powerhouse sure to become the next big star.

T.Barb has been on multiple networks and projects including BET’s Comic View Rooftop Series, Nick Cannon @ Night, Nate Jackson’s Super Funny Comedy Jam, the Only In My Hood series on Tubi, Ted Talk, Fox, NBC, NPR and ABC to name a few. She has headlined The Motor City Comedy Festival, The Detroit Women of Comedy festival twice and participated in the Traverse City Comedy Festival. This funny phenomenon has also been featured on Literary Death Match, Hour Detroit, Metrotimes, BLAC Magazine, Detroit Free Press, the Michigan Chronicle and even made a cameo on America’s Got Talent. T.Barb can be seen in The Stranger In Our House season 2 with a recurring role and her podcast “Not What I Ordered”, which explores the lies were living and the truths were told. 

She travels across the globe sharing the gift of laughter and is in development at the world famous Comedy Store where she is the resident host. T.Barb’s humorous comedy album, “T.Barb Live at The Independent” is available on all platforms, including Apple Music, Spotify and Tidal and includes the comedy house music single, “Scoochie…”.

T.Barb’s favorite quote is “You Don’t Have To Stay Where You Start”, because she never allowed humble beginnings to dictate her destiny. As a first generation college graduate Tiffany broke the curse of incarceration in her family, never allowing the odds to beat her. Pivoting from being raised in one of Detroit’s toughest neighborhoods to a HBCU graduate with a MBA she proves anything is possible. 

In addition to being a comedian, content creator and actress, T.Barb is also an author, vegan chef, philanthropist, producer, mother, small business owner and motivational speaker. This hysterical lady has also worked with State of Michigan’s Governor Gretchen Whitmer to open the state after the pandemic, later working with the team to create the concept for the Governor’s 2022 campaign anthem, “Gretch Did”, even appearing in the music video with viral rapper, G.Mac Cash. She has a passion for people and the community using her celebrity to benefit a multitude of organizations including her own non profit, T.Barb and Friends 501C3. Her books, “The Hoodrat Kitchen”, and “Faith Over Fear: Tales of a Retired Hoodrat” have both received rave reviews. T.Barb is on her way to being a top comedian and undeniable entertainer.
